If you are looking to transform the shopping journey of buyers and shoppers further, take advantage of the Commerce Commerce Concierge Bot, a new feature in Commerce Cloud with superior conversational product discovery and reordering capabilities.
You can now build a robust shopping assistant by creating an advanced bot with the new Commerce Concierge template, connecting effortlessly to a state-of-the-art Einstein AI bot.
Alternatively, enhance your existing bot with the innovative Commerce Concierge bot blocks, empowering customers to authenticate, access multiple accounts, reorder, and leverage Salesforce Einstein features like personalized product discovery and feedback.
3. Create Smart Promotions with Einstein AI
Smart Promotions is yet another feature expected to be rolled out in Commerce Cloud. Powered with Einstein capabilities, this feature allows users to draft Smart Promotions with just a few clicks.
From creating quirky sale captions for upcoming events to writing descriptions, the Natural Language instructions and Generative AI capabilities of Einstein will allow you to create promotions that entice your prospects to click and buy.
4. Boost SEO with Einstein for Page Meta Tags
Meta tags are a crucial factor in deciding your page’s SEO score. Use Einstein generative AI to create Page Title Tag and Page Meta Description fields on products. This will help convey essential information about your page to search engines, significantly enhancing SEO performance.
To view and manage a product’s page meta tags, open the product record and navigate to the SEO tab.
This does not mean, you can’t create page meta tags manually. If you intend to do so, simply go to the SEO tab on a Product record and add tags as required.
5. Decrease Return Rates with Einstein Return Insights
Are high return rates one of your biggest concerns? Now you can improve your product listings and decrease return rates by analyzing return reasons with the Return Insights feature.
You can select up to 20 high return-rate products at a time and Einstein will analyze, sort, categorize, and display the return reasons, giving you a complete overview of the customer return patterns.
6. Bring Products to Customers with AI-Powered Search (Generally Available)
Facing challenges in product discovery? Take advantage of Salesforce’s all-new Einstein Semantic Search, a feature added to help customers easily find products. Semantic search, powered by natural language processing, understands queries, considering synonyms, alternative spellings, typos, and more.
For instance, it seamlessly matches terms like “couch” and “sofa,” or “jumper” and “sweater,” delivering results aligned with the searcher’s intent.
Here, the query snack returns results for the semantically similar term energy bar.
7. New Feature to Create and Target Different Audience Segments
Like all Salesforce Clouds, Gen-AI has also made its way into Data Cloud. Now you can use generative AI to build targeted audience segments in Data Cloud with Einstein Segment Creation.
Just describe the target audience, and the Einstein Segment Creation feature will produce a segment in seconds using trusted customer data available in Data Cloud. You can also edit and fine-tune the segment as required.

8. Einstein Search Salesforce is Enabled by Default!
The Einstein Search Salesforce was introduced in 2019 and since then, it has received several updates. In the Spring ‘24 release, it is enabled by default in all Salesforce orgs making the search experience better than ever. Now by just entering your search query in the Global Search Bar, you’ll have access to all the relevant search results.
Note: If this feature is not enabled in your org, ensure the DoNotAutoEnable flag is turned off.
9. Search Answers From Knowledge Articles
Finding answers to complex inputs and phrases did not always give the desired outcomes before. From the Spring ‘24 release, Salesforce is enhancing the user search experience with the Search Answer feature.
Just type in your question or phrase in the global search bar, knowledge sidebar, or an Experience site and the Search Answer will extract the most relevant snippet from your knowledge articles to create a summarized response tailored to your question. For now, this feature supports English-only articles.
Note: With this general availability release, pilot customers who have Search Answers enabled must have the required SKUs and re-enable Search Answers to turn on Search Answers.

Note: To enable the Contracts AI setting, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Contract Lifecycle Management, and then select Contracts AI.
11. Improved Conversation Insights with Call Explorer and Call Summaries
This time around, Salesforce has introduced two revolutionary features in Sales Cloud i.e. Call Explorer and Call Summaries, bringing greater conversation insights for users.
Powered by Einstein, the new Call Explorer allows users to quickly gather information about a call, such as product mentions, deal risks, or outstanding customer questions. You can turn on the feature from the Einstein for Sales page in Setup.
12. Einstein Suggestions to Find New Contacts Quickly
Seller Home, which is the default Home Page for the Sales, Sales Console, and Sales Engagement apps has received an update. In the Contact Suggestions area of Seller Home, Einstein now lists potential contacts from your email and event activity.
You can add a suggested contact, see an activity timeline for context, or remove Einstein’s suggestion using the + and … buttons.

Sales Cloud is now powered with Einstein AI, allowing users to draft sales emails using Gen-AI capabilities, right from their inboxes.

14. Create Bot Intents using Einstein Conversation Mining
